J'adore Laduree!

I first discovered these beauties on a trip to Paris, where a true Parisian took us to the treasure trove of the Laduree on the Champs Elysees. It was like stepping onto the film set of Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola, and wow the macaroons! These small, round jems are crunchy on the outside, but then melt-in-the-mouth, to reveal a sweet soft centre.
