The
Celine show this season was a laid-back affair, reduced to an intimate presentation, due to the impending arrival of creative director Phoebe Philo's third child. This certainly didn't stop the designer pulling out all the stops and showing 22 distinctly Philo creations; all thoroughly slick, modern and wearable. There were the signature boxy coats and smart 3/4 length trousers, this time with added zips and colourful accents. This was a much more graphic collection for Celine; block colours of lurid pink or vibrant orange, and stripes of red and turquoise running down jumpers and jackets. These were complimented by neck scarves, that although look like silk, were actually leather.
